- 30 minute telephone screener with a recruiter
- 45 minute interview with VP & People Partner
- 30 minute coffee chat with VP
- Work assignment (straightforward, 4-6 hours to do it well)
- 60 minute presentation and question period with functional team (team members from lifecycle, ops & product)
Overall a very warm, positive and communicative experience. Everyone on the team was helpful, asked thoughtful questions and always made time for questions in return. There's a clear focus on the quality of people and maintaining the integrity of their interpersonal culture.
I genuinely enjoyed meeting everyone on the team. They asked great (and challenging questions) but similarly were unguarded in responding to questions as well.
The work assignment instructions were clear (which you don't always get) and I was able to complete it roughly within the time they suggested (2-3 hours, I took extra because I really wanted to nail it).
I was always kept in the loop by the recruiter (Mary, who is absolutely awesome) and always knew where I was in the process, as well as expectations from the team at various stages.
Even though this opportunity didn't come together, I got a sense of authenticity in the process that is incredibly rare these days, and if another opportunity were to open up with them you'd better believe I'd be there!
