      Pros

      - Remote company, flexible, great benefits - Team culture is best I've ever seen at a remote company - they invest in connection through company-wide scrums 3 x week, bi-weekly L&D or social connections, and an in person annual off-site that saves no expenses (this year we went skiing together at Winter Camp in Canmore, Alberta) - Company has a great rep in the industry, is growing YOY, and building something meaningful with a distinct competitive advantage in how we work with partners and clients

      Cons

      - Not an overly structured environment if that's somewhere you thrive. Early maturity in many ways, which some will see as an opportunity to build and create more scalability, and others may see as a limitation or lack of consistency / clear process

      Remote work can sometimes feel isolating and is not for everyone though admittedly Zayzoons culture is strong/good enough that it is circumvent this
