Great team culture and rewarding work with good pay - Software Developer ZayZoon Employee Review

ZayZoon is a great place to do meaningful work with a fantastic team. Most of the team works remotely, but there is an office in Calgary (but in my experience, there is no pressure to work from the office). The benefits are great and the work is challenging but meaningful.

I have no cons to post.

The mission is something most people can support—the product is quality—good work/life balance—competitive base salary

Commission is nearly nonexistent—sales is treated like school projects, constant meetings telling others what you’ve done—immature senior leadership—turnover of key employees is very high
