ZenQMS Software Engineer interview questions

Initial screening interview, followed by a technical discussion with two leads, and a separate conversation with the PMs. During the process, I noticed several red flags. One of the technical interviewers openly complained about upper management, which felt unprofessional. The technical discussion itself was not well-structured or balanced. I did not have enough time to ask my questions, and the developers appeared distracted and disengaged from both the discussion and the company’s direction. The same person also mentioned that the work is very repetitive and that he receives little support, which reinforced the impression of internal dissatisfaction rather than constructive collaboration. If I were to interview with them again, I would approach it with caution and ask significantly more probing questions.
