Took 8 interviews over 6 months to get a job. Only eventually meeting the CEO was the decision made. Face to face and over the phone. Sometimes late at night when I was in bed whilst he was driving back for a job.

No real process. Just the Commercial Manager telling me how good he thought he was while trying to see down my shirt. No real probing questions other than what you would expect. Seemed to be more interested in trying to get information about my previous employers customers. Asked if I was going to bring a copy of my previous employers customer information and account details if I was offered the role.

An internal vacancy was posted on the board and online. I applied for the position by email along my CV and motivation letter. Was invited for interview with General manager & Commercial Manager. had a 30 min interview and had to wait for an answer for a few weeks.
