Through zoom meeting with the manager and was more than perfect where she made me introduce myself and everything was well then she described the job description and introduced the employees

short process as compared to many other design companies who usually have longer and many interviews. Hiring process was easy too. Writing such long descriptions should not be a compulsion this is super annoying.
