Advertisement have been made and we invited for an interview on construction site .Practical test ,which includes bricklaying ,concreting ,setting out , bill of quantity ,painting . The inspection have been made during and after the the project commence .After completion of the project the recruiter valuate the job carried out by each member and came out with results .Local authority inspect and approve that the project was properly done .
