Recruiter call, CEO call. Process is a month and counting l, as I was ghosted. It’s a shame because the platform had such potential to scale. Should have read the other glassdoor reviews as they are known for ghosting candidates. Unfortunate this is happening even at the executive level. It’s a startup, so they should work on improving their process and people experience.

Only soft skill questions: Tell me about a product you like and why. What’s one thing your old colleagues might critique about you? Most of the calls were informational, focused on Zivian trying to form its strategy both internally in ops and externally in the market.

Interview
This was the second time that I had interviewed with this company as I had interviewed for an Account Manager role a few months prior. I first had a screening call with the recruiter, who was impossible to communicate with as they never responded to any of my emails throughout the process. I then interviewed with the Operations Manager who I would have reported to followed by a skills assessment panel interview with a few other people at the company. After all the interviews the recruiter called me and told me, "Everybody loved you and agreed that you need to be at the company, but we've decided to pause on filling this role." They also told me that they saw me in the Account Manager role that they had just rejected me for a few months prior. They put me "on the bench," told me to stay in touch, and said that they'd be calling me once they signed some clients that they had in pipeline. I've attempted to stay in touch with the recruiter, but she does not respond to any of my emails. This company isn't serious, and it felt like they were just interviewing people to farm for information as they'd ask me questions such as, "Say you sign 10,000 new clients next month, how would you scale the company?" which was a pretty advanced question for the role I was interviewing for. As much as I wanted to work here, this company is not serious about hiring. Do not waste your time.

I was interviewing for an open associate role and after 3 separate rounds and what seemed like would turn into an offer, I got ghosted. No update on my candidacy or what happened after multiple follow ups.
