I was contacted by a recruiter from Zoom after an employee referral. We had a phone interview, which lead to 3 other interviews via Zoom by 2 managers and then VP of Sales. After all of my interviews, I proceeded to follow up with the recruiter and after 3 weeks I was called back with an offer.
Thorough. Minimum 3 interviews with scoring process. From multiple business leaders in the organisation, why zoom. Why now is the main theme be prepared to come with DETAIL 30 60 90 plans relationships and level of ability to farm and hunt. Its a hunting company primarily.
