I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zoom Communications (Overland Park, KS) in Mar 2019
Interview
The interview process was pretty quick and smooth. I first spoke with a technical recruiter after my resume had been passed along by employee referral I the spoke with a lead and a manager and then finally the Head of the department. All of the interviews were over zoom meeting even when I was brought into the office. My recruiter was very responsive and helpful.
Interview was well coordinated. It included technical rounds and managerial rounds. Whole process was smooth and transparent. There were timely updated after interviews and they scheduled interview on candidates avilability.

Interview
You didn't even bother responding to me or giving me the time of day and to add insult to injury, sent a rejection email as if I'd even had a chance to interview for the role. Real nice.
