5-6 rounds of interviews: HR screen, 2 hiring manager interviews, a panel/sales case study interview, panel chat with potential peers, final mtg with head of sales. All of the interviews were surprisingly short and efficient - 30 mins or less, except the case study/selling scenario - which was over an hour. Process is long but efficient and felt fair. I liked being allowed to connect with potential peers AND team leads. All was virtual due to COVID.
