It is amazing how a collaboration solution company treats your candidates. I had two rounds of interviews back in March, the first one with the talent acquisition and second with the hiring manager. Processes went well, and they were going to inform about their decision and the next steps in a few days, which never happened. I tried to contact both, and the neglect was the same. UCC is a small market, and the comment is that they are only interested in people coming from one of the tech giants (MSFT, Cisco, Amazon, Salesforce, etc.), doesn't matter how well you know the market or your expertise.
