Interview
My recruiter was Valerie Massa, and she was super awesome. If you are interviewing at Zoom, you want Valerie to be your recruiter.
I had the pleasure of having Valerie as my recruiter when I applied at Zoom (No referral, online portal). She was by far the best recruiter I've worked with. She was incredibly responsive and great at answering questions: If she didn't know the answer she was usually able to figure it out in < 24hrs. She was fantastic at setting expectations not only for the interview process, but the team, company/culture, and management. She always followed up and provided feedback that the team had given her, which I greatly appreciated. Her ability to empathize and understand what I was looking for in my next role, and not trying to shove me into an arbitrary team/manager so she could hit her quota is something I don't see a lot of, and in my opinion sets her incredibly far and above other recruiters.

Interview process:
Interviews themself were straight forward:
1) Introductory chat with Valerie (~30 min)
2) Introductory chat with Andy the hiring manager (~30 min)
3) 2 1 hour interviews of a purely technical nature (2hrs)
4) Final 1 hour interview with hiring manager
Overall I enjoyed the process, and we wrapped everything within a week. Total time of application to offer in hand was about 2 weeks.
Questions were highly technical as expected, but weren't simply trivia questions that one had to memorize. The scenarios I walked through were relevant to the industry and what the day to day job looked like. Everyone was very transparent about what I was walking into and that was greatly appreciated.

Question 1
The most interesting questions were walking them through my process of performing web and mobile application assessments, as well as walking them through exploiting several CVEs I had.
Finally there was some C and python code review, looking for standard bugs in C (Largely memory corruption related) and some web specific logic bugs.
