The initial recruiter was insincere, unknowledgeable, and did not dig deep enough into my skill set. Actually rather mechanical and fake. There was NO connection with this person and I generally have no issue in communicating

Really nothing to speak of, unmemorable and bland...other then her fake smile
Short term, interviewer not prepared at all, wouldn’t or couldn’t answer any questions - very poor experience overall. Not sure people even bothered reading my cv before, superficial questions how I would go about the job but no answers to my follow up questions. Went silent afterwards, no feedback til some time after I followed up several times. Wasn’t interested anymore.
