Zouk (India) interview questions

The entire Interview process is horrible. The Management team is bad. I cleared the first round, was asked to do an assignment. I submitted and didn't hear back from them in more than a week. I asked the HR to share an update and he said they won't proceed for my application as there are no openings. I asked him how does this make sense and why did they waste my time with all the assignment and how does this even qualify as a reason to say no. This is bad. They are bad. He further goes and asks me to "Chill." Haven't seen this worse of an HR/Management in a long time. Don't interview and share assignments, they won't give a dam* about it, Maybe they'll also steal your ideas from the assignment.

2 rounds of interview process, one with e-commerce head and another with co-founder. checked well versed knowledge of e commerce industry, daily operations and ways to scale business. . . . .
