We're sorry about the experience you had interviewing with Zutec in 2018. Over the past 2 years we've had substantial changes to our Strategy and our HR and Recruitment processes, and we are now very proud of the way all of our interviewers work with candidates. We emphasise that the interview process is as much for a candidate to check they like us, as for us to assess the candidate, and without both of those pieces being achieved, new joiners won't be set up for success.
We appreciate your feedback and it was carefully considered as we developed our new processes, especially because we're undergoing substantial growth in 2021 and our top priority is building the right culture as we expand the team!
