It was a very transparent and smooth process! They treated me like a valuable asset from day one of our conversation. Even if I didn't get the job, I would apply with them again!

Interview
I applied online and I got a call after a month (more or less). A girl called me speaking in Portuguese (I live in Portugal) and said that she was calling from Adidas and the position I applied to. Then she asked me if I had some minutes and if we could start to speak English, and I said yes. She started sort of interview and the first and only question was: why did you applied to this position and why Adidas? I shortly answered and said that I already got another sourcing job, so I thanked her for the call and her time. She said oh well and we just said goodbye to each other.
