Interview
Walked in and had a one on one interview with the manager about yourself why you fit in. Make sure you are wearing all adidas and show clear knowledge of the brand and are genuinly interested in the brand . Be yourtself show uiniquness in character.

In person interview at store with basic entry level job question. After the interview they will give you a call with an offer. The interview process was very typical for a retail job.

Interview
You will be asked a series of questions regarding your experience, knowledge, and overcoming obstacles. Basically, Adidas wants to know: Why should we hire you? What do you know? What can you do for us? Are you a good fit for our store/company? You'll have a relatively informal conversation with two managers. Dress well (in some Adidas apparel) and be presentable/clean cut. Do not wear a competitors clothing or shoes (e.g. nike).
