Interview
I got the first round interview in the office which is one-to-one interview. The process is fine and relaxing. It was like a casual chat and maybe that's why I didn't get the next interview opportunities.
2 stage interview process. First stage was a series of online tests. The 2nd stage is assessment centre. I did it during covid, so it was an online assessment centre. Adidas was nice enough to delivery some merch to my home which included a shoe bag, water bottle, towel, some adidas masks and an adidas notebook.

Question 1
There was a role play during the assessment centre where the situation is an internal conflict with the marketing department. They want to stick to the timeline for product launch event but there is a delay from production side. You are supposed to calm your marketing colleague down and convince her to push back the product launch marketing campaign.

Interview
First round was cognitive games and video interviews, the standard process. Second round was the assessment centre, which consisted of a group and individual round. That was all to the process and they said that results will be out in 2 weeks so if you are not contacted, you most probably did not get it.

Long process with a few rounds. Includes online tests, a half day assessment which had group case studies and individual work simulation to gauge work attitude and approach in difficult situations
