Super easy process. Submitted my application, received a call about a month later for me to come in for an interview. Casual interview conversation, focus on your passions and love for sport as well for bonus points. Got an offer on the spot.
In person interview at store with basic entry level job question. After the interview they will give you a call with an offer. The interview process was very typical for a retail job.

Interview
You will be asked a series of questions regarding your experience, knowledge, and overcoming obstacles. Basically, Adidas wants to know: Why should we hire you? What do you know? What can you do for us? Are you a good fit for our store/company? You'll have a relatively informal conversation with two managers. Dress well (in some Adidas apparel) and be presentable/clean cut. Do not wear a competitors clothing or shoes (e.g. nike).
