There were 2 interviews. One was pre-registered video using an application and one was onsite. The recruiting process was very slow, several months. The onsite interview was pretty strange for me. It was with another 2 candidates which didn't have any experience in the domain. I was the only one with relevant work experience. We had to prepare some presentation which we presented to them followed by a "team task" which again was a presentation. They are looking at your behavior in the team. If you are a "team player". But giving the circumstances that you work with your "oponents", i don't think it's relevant. They provided plane tickets and acomodation which was very nice.

first ,recorded video interview and they will ask you four questions (e.g. introduce yourself, tell them how did you handle a problem . if you pass it, then you will receive phone interview. Finally you will have face-to-face interview. there will be HR and department heads.
