Somewhat easy and straightforward process. Great communication from recruiters. Clear understanding of day to day tasks. Explained the hours, busy moments, and all the steps to succeed in the role.

Hice 3 entrevistas con recursos humanos, primero la agencia y después los recursos humanos de Adidas. Al último se pasa a tener que hacer el psicotécnico y un análisis de salud. Lastima que rechace el trabajo por motivos personales y me arrepiento.

No me hicieron preguntas complejas pero si especificaban que no tomaban personas sin experiencia previa.
Muy ameno e informado. La entrevista me parecio muy distendida y tranquila. Tuve visibilidad a lo largo de todo el proceso y eso me parece muy valorable. Volveria a participar del proceso

Interview
Two step process, had to create a presentation and present and then asked interviews questions and then had a practical Visual assessment in store. After all this I was ghosted and never given any feedback. Which I think is disappointing for a big brand like Adidas.
