After 4-5 rounds of interviews (including a round table on site) never called back. Not taking serious time of the cancidates. All other steps quite ok, friendly people, young staff

Applied through Glassdoor, got a reply for an interview. The interview itself was typical standard, but what I thought was ultimately a waste of time is that the job description and what they were looking for was not exactly the same. I wouldn't have applied or even gone to the interview if I had known beforehand. Pls revise your JD if posting a job listing!
