The interview process was very fast and smooth. First the HR person interviewed me, then it was with an Operations Director that I will be working with. lastly, it was with my manager who is residing in Vietnam.

Q: What do you do when demand is not aligned with capacity?
Interview was done efficiently and the process was quite fast. It was three times interviews, one with HR, one with Ops Director, and another with hiring manager which was located in another country. All the interviews were done via Teams.

Interview
It was a very well-organized and respectful interview process. The questions were expected and the entire experience was professionally conducted. Everything was clear from start to finish. I was informed and scheduled via email, and then we proceeded with the interview. They even asked if I preferred to speak in Spanish or English, which I appreciated. They gave me time to speak and express myself fully. Overall, it was a very professional and well-organized experience.
