Received an email fairly quickly after applyling online. The interview was a group interview with two of the higher up retail managers. They asked questions that each person had to answer and also open ended questions to whoever wanted to answer. I have done group interviews before and it was pretty standard. Being able to speak up and not being too nervous is important. They hired 5 out of the 7 in the group.
15 min behavioral interview where I was asked things like , “how do you work on a team”, “why adidas”. Afterwards was asked if I wanted to work part time or full time.
The entire process was very easy and stress-free, with everything running smoothly from start to finish. Each step was clear, straightforward, and required minimal effort, which allowed me to stay relaxed and focused without feeling overwhelmed. It felt seamless and well-organized, making the experience both convenient and worry-free.
The interview was in person and simple. The questions asked were straight forward and easy to understand. The interview lasted for about 15 minutes and I was offered the job right after the interview
