Very smooth and friendly process. Totally enjoyed it! The hiring manager was super nice and she created very positive atmosphere. Interview process was aprox. 50 min. and it was by arranged by phone. First 10 minutes was presentation from the hiring manager about the company itself and about the position.

Tell about yourself, list your 3 weaknesses and 3 strengths, why Adidas, how can you contribute, how do you describe yourself in three words (how your friends describe you), what sport do you like, what you like/ dislike to do at work.

One round of usual chat with the HR. Then there was another round with the hiring manager followed by preparation of a case which will be presented to the hiring manager and another person in the meeting as well
the process was simple but long as is a big company you need to pass ultiple steps before getting to the last one. But it seems like a good company and nice people

Con respecto a la entrevista fue online y rápido. Básicamente de descarte si no eras rápido en resolver aquella suposición. Situación de crisis, contexto y necesidad de resolución con procesos detallados y buena descripción.
