Submitted a portfolio and cover letter and was invited to interview in person after about 1 week. I spent 1 hour in the office on a Friday afternoon. I spoke only to the founder as by that point, most people had gone home. We went over my portfolio and I answered interview questions. Tone was conversational but I also felt like I was being weirdly negged.
