Very unprofessional. The manager I was supposed to interview with cancelled and had someone else do the phone interview. He also cancelled for my on-site interview and had a different person do the interview.

Interview
It was horrible experience. The recruiter contacted me through LinkedIn. She said I'm best suited for the role. She asked my resume and passed onto CTO. She said CTO was very much impressed with the resume. Later Interview call was scheduled with offshore vendor consultant who does not have basic managerial/technical skills. After that, did not hear anything from her. I think it is a basic courtesy to respond to the candidate with the interview outcome. Note that It was not me who contacted the company, it was the company recruiter that contacted me.
