Processo immotivatamente lungo, si deve aspettare più di un mese per avere risposta. Il colloquio non si basa quasi per niente sul tuo background ma quasi esclusivamente su domande di programmazione
Gespräch über den Aufbau der Firma, die Geschäftsfelder und Karriere Wege. Es wurden kleine Aufgaben (analytisch, technisch) gestellt und ein abschließendes big picture Gespräch durchgeführt. Insgesamt sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Teilweise mit anspruchsvollen Fragen.

Welche Programmiersprache ist das und Was macht dieser Code
Tre colloqui in un giorno, di difficolta' crescente. Prima uno attitudinale (presentazione dell'azienda, discussione del cv, soft skills, QnA generale), poi uno tecnico, poi un colloquio con uno dei dirigenti, piu' variabile.
