In a short and quick interview, they asked me to describe myself a little background work experience and responsibilities of my previous job. They share what they expect from you so don't miss any days while in training and if one happens to be missing 1-2 days while in production that will get you terminated.

Positive interview, great recruitment process and personalized feedback. I would highly recommend that you request for a follow up two days after each stage to fast track your process. Also its pretty straight forward, nothing diffcult.
