Applied online and was contacted by a recruiter. Had a phone chat where we discussed my work background, previous clients and agencies, and so on. Was told that recruiting would be in touch -- and was promptly ghosted thereafter. I sent the recruiter multiple emails and was met with silence. This is very bad form, especially when the candidate is a person of color and IPG is (allegedly) working to increase diversity within its ranks.
