      I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at eGHL in Sept 2020

      Interview

      One to two rounds, first round is about 2 hours. 1st hour consists of essay questions related to technologies, 2nd hour is a conversation with the CTO and HR. In the first essay round, you'll be given a word doc with a 4-5 sections, each with 5 questions. The questions encompass technologies, security concepts, situational questions etc. The 2nd round with the CTO is where you can ask questions. Since the HR is also present, they will also ask you questions on location, logistics etc.
