Interview
I did 2 interviews to join the graduation project program, then after the graduation project I was invited to interview for the position. I did an Hr and technical interviews both on the same day.

Question 1
They asked about the projects in the cv, graduation project, interrupts, problem solving, Rtos.
I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at eJad (Egypt, IN)
Interview
First: Technical interview at company site with Software Manager
Second: Online Hr interview with the Hr Manager
Till now if you passed those two interviews you can be employed as outsource staff, or you have to pass the third interview to get employed as eJad stuff
Third: Interview with CTO and CEO and Software manager

Question 1
An IQ question asking "You have N balls with same shape and all have the same weight except one ball, how to find the different ball using two-pan balance in the fastest way"
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at eJad
Interview
First interview was online (but it was mentioned that it was an exception and it is normally onsite). The interview was almost two hours and the interviewer was very nice. The second interview was more fast paced and was less than an hour. They do not give feedback.

Question 1
In the first interview they ask you to introduce yourself and they ask follow up questions. There will be heavy focus on your graduation project if it is in the same field, and on your resume in general. Questions about communication protocols and some basic problem solving.
The second interview: Asked about experience, computer architecture and some data structures.
