I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at easyJet (Luton, East of England, England) in Oct 2015
Interview
As I did not live in England, I was flown in for an interview. After a short tour through the office, the three of us went into a small meeting room for the interview. After 30 minutes it was done and I could get on my flight back. HR called me the next working day with the good news!

Question 1
Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you were tasked with a repetitive job and how did you deal with that?
The interview itself was okay, they were asking basic questions on how I understand the position requirements, what are my expectations for the job, etc. There were no tests to check the skills

Question 1
Do you see yourself in that job position and how would you describe it
I applied online and was invited to their office for an interview. I was met by two people that were actually interviewing for a different role, evidently a mix up occurred. The following day I got an email saying my application was unsuccessful. What a waste of time that was!

I feel like this section is not relevant, but we did discuss the role which was clearly not the same.
It’s 2 stage interview process. First stage is with HR to ascertain fit with the role. Then the second phase is tasked based with recruiting manager. You are given a data set with flight data to provide insights on.
