I applied online. I interviewed at easyJet (Brighton, England) in Jun 2016
Interview
First your put into groups. I was lucky everyone I came across on that day was lovely, BA the week before were the complete opposite. Firstly, you build a ski jump, then your moved groups where you are told facts about Easyjet. Your then given your own fact and you have to demonstrate to the rest of your group why your fact is important. Then you have to put the facts in order with your team. You then have a bit of a wait. They send half of you home and then it's the 1 on 1 interview. I had such a positive experience considering BA was awful. The staff and candidates were very nice and it was nice to see the good people get the job. We were given our contracts there and then.
