Interview
Eerst online assessment, vervolgens een selectiedag met in de ochtend paspoort drop, meting en jumpseat test. Hierna verschillende groepsopdrachten en presentaties over het bedrijf. Als je door bent naar het middagonderdeek, krijg je een tijdstip toegewezen voor een persoonlijk interview. Hierna hoor je of je bent aangenomen binnen 7-10 werkdagen, maar meestal sneller. Was echt een hele leuke dag, iedereen is ontzettend aardig en laat je heel erg gemakkelijk voelen.

The recruiter were kind ,friendly and cooperative and the process was easy containing two steps group exercises,one to one interview you must be able to engage with your team and give your opinion while letting others speak as well

Interview
The interview process as great, the assessor was polite and friendly and did his best to help along the way. The assessor was always smiling and was warm and friendly. Making some of the nervousness disappear.

Group sessions in the morning and if successful one to one interviews in the afternoon. During group exercises you must keep the time in mind allocated to each exercise. Ensure you take mark in group discussions.
