I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at easyJet (Gatwick, England) in Nov 2021
Interview
The Virtual Assessment Day was rather messy.
1st you have an icebreaker to check everyone’s camera and mic is working, say something about yourself etc.
2nd you do a group activity where they provided us with a list of potential issues customers could be faced with. Everyone was talking over each other trying to stand out. It wasn’t the best plan.
3rd you have a solo 30mins interview that’s mainly experience based questions.
I didn’t get through solely because I couldn’t put much into the group assessment as everyone was scrambling to talk.
