emarsys Junior Software Developer interview questions

The first part of the interview process was to complete the homework. Next we reviewed the homework via zoom and hat a nice conversation to get to know each other. Then the probation days took place, which was completely online in my case.

1. step: Homework, it was fairly easy. 2. step: Interview with developers. You must explain your code, and suggest further improvements. You are asked to talk about yourself and your previous experiences, so they can get to know your better. 3. step: Trial days. You will get a ticket and work on it. For a junior position they were expecting medior knowledge on the trial days. The process itself and the company culture is great, would love to work there later.
