Interview
Started with pre-assessment later discussion with the hiring manager.I was told that actual interview would happen after HR interview ( may be after knowing expectations ) So had. a casual discussion with one of the technical team member . I was even told that tomorrow I would most probably have HR round . But when they didn't turn up after 3 days I followed up with them , And they say apply for a senior role next year.

Interview
In summary, Unprofessional interview - over-promised and eventually ghosted-out, no clear expectation on the role details when asked making it skeptical that they were just "shopping around" & "gather information" and just wasted people's time.
Had the first call with HR within 48 hours after. HR mentioned the CEO had a very positive initial feedback and wanted to set-up a call asap.
Then had an hour chat with Philipp - CEO, plus asking on what is detailed expectation of the role & responsibility. However, I didn't get any clear picture at all though I had tried to help with dialogue. At the end of the call, the CEO promising HR will come back within 2 weeks.
I followed-up at the end of 2 weeks, and received the reply that they will get back very soon. Sent another email follow-up to get final email feedback but received nothing.
This company might have a chance to be a good one, but I do not seem to have that impression during this process. If you want to pursue, be careful in sharing and expecting their promise.

Question 1
Most questions were around getting details of how-to / how-did-I achieve past experiences. Had a what-if question.

Interview
The interview process started out great.
An initial intro with HR, followed by a very interesting chat with Philip the CEO.
After that I was invited to the next round with the bigger team. Having seven people in a single interview is definitely not the best way of doing things.
Nevertheless it was an interesting chat, and I was told that HR would get back to me by the end of the week.
After nothing happened for over a week, a follow up assured me, that a they would get back to me "very soon".
After that, complete silence.
That was months ago, I was completely ghosted.
Very unprofessional in my opinion.
It is absolutely understandable if a candidate doesn't fit a role. That's part of the business.
But a company needs to be professional enough to have a better hiring process in place.
