Interview
The interview process for the in-house translator position came with two parts. First, I met with the co-founder of the magazine. I was asked a few standard questions, including my past experiences, desired compensation, and stuff like that. After that I was given a take-home trial assignment with three short paragraphs to translate. Upon submission, at first I didn't hear back from them, so I emailed again to do a follow up. I ended up getting the job!
