I recently had the opportunity to interview with both the COO and the HR manager, and I have to say, it was a really positive experience. The HR lady was especially kind and welcoming—she made me feel at ease right from the beginning. Throughout the conversation, I felt that both she and the COO were genuinely respectful and thoughtful in their questions.
They seemed truly interested in my background and experiences, and the discussion felt more like a meaningful exchange than a rigid interview. It left me with a good impression of the company culture—professional yet human-centered.
