Interview
I saw that there were jobs available so I applied via email. Within a day, I'd received a response via email. Since I had the right qualifications, we scheduled a time to talk about my skills and jobs available. Once the job was assigned to me, I received an agreement and all materials to begin the job as well as 24/7 ability to email/contact the project manager.

They wanted first the resume; the list of projects I've worked on; and asked about how I handle tight deadlines; do I work weekends if need be.
