The process was quite old fashioned, I did not received a calendar invite. Would recommend HR to implement this method instead of just sending the call details via email. As for the questions asked during the interview, felt very one sided. It was all neutral at this point, but then I was asked to share my expected salary which I did only to be rebuked by the interviewer mentioning my experience doesn't qualify what I am asking. I wish there was more professionalism portrayed here. At the end of they day, my work experiences is subjective and it's fine if the company doesn't find what I am asking to be relevant, but discretion would have been appreciated. To touch upon my experience and to say this is not possible really did demotivate me when I know other companies have valued my work experiences and were willing to pay me what I am asking. I understand your point of view, but there is a better way to navigate these conversations. Best regards.
