iPay Systems interview questions

1. Written test (algorithms, data structures, SQL queries, basic problem solving etc.) 2. On site engineering interview (algorithmic questions, basic problem solving etc.) 3. On site CEO interview (personality type, strength and weaknesses, your vision etc.)

They took the interview in 4 steps. They called it the 360-degree interview. The first part was a programming interview, they asked some basic coding questions. In the second part, they asked few behavioral questions. This part was little messy and the person who took it claimed that he loves to take that part in this way. The third part, I would say it specific field wise questions and the final one was about more of HR questions.
