I applied through other source. I interviewed at iQuestBee in Oct 2023
Interview
I received a LinkedIn message from HR about a job opening, and they scheduled a technical interview for me. The interview experience was overall decent, but I noticed that the interviewers relied heavily on searching for questions online. It appeared that they may not have had a strong grasp of certain fundamental concepts, such as the difference between runtime polymorphism and compile-time polymorphism, or the distinctions between method overloading and overriding. I was asked the same questions multiple times during the interview, which suggested a lack of in-depth knowledge. Additionally, the interviewers posed questions about topics that I hadn't even mentioned on my resume, making the interview feel somewhat disorganized and not aligned with the skills and experiences I had highlighted. What's even more disappointing is that after the interview, HR did not provide any feedback or updates, leaving me in the dark about the status of my application. This lack of communication post-interview made the overall experience with Iquestbee quite frustrating and unprofessional.
