Resume sent via email and the first round interview was set up the following week. Had the technical interview two days later. Positive feedback from the interviews led to discussion of the job offer. Signed the offer letter and ready to join, but two days later they revoked the offer stating that the position was not available. Offered me a lower position and advised to apply for the manager role in the future, citing "culture of internal promotion". Unpleasant experience to say the least. Beware of trickery!
