Interview
I experienced significant shortcomings in the communication and candidate experience aspects of the interview process.
The process started with a case study that was requested in advance. The case study was addressed only superficially, and I did not have the opportunity to properly elaborate on my architectural choices.
In addition to technical competence, communication courtesy, transparency, and a consistent feedback culture toward candidates are also critical for companies.

We started with questions related to the workflow and then moved on to the technical questions.
My experience with HR was very bad. She called me after work on friday and said she wanted to send a case. I told her I was busy and asked if I could postpone it. She gave a "now or never" type of response. I also tried to reschedule a review, but she didn't even reply to my emails.

One of my friend was working in iyzico. I applied via their website. In 2 weeks I had a phone call and then I did a code assignment. It was not hard. But I think they have no intention of hiring right now. HR like casual she said you solve this assignment in 3 days. Take it slow .
