3 Rounds of Senior Leaderships starting as follows:
1) Round 1 - SVP
2) Round 2- VP
3) Round 3 - COO
Round 1 and Round 2 cleared. Surprisingly the COO doesn't trust his own senior management feedback for the selected candidates! Round 3 - not cleared and no feedback shared.
Ideally they should conduct Round 3 first in order save the time of the panel and the candidate!!!!
Round 1 and 2 had fantastic interview sessions. Panel were very good.
Round 3 - Seem the panel was not sure on what is expected from the candidate. Questions were too basic and vague as well.
