n-Tier Java Developer interview questions

CONS - I interviewed with 4 different people over the course of three weeks - all over the phone. Several questions / topics were repeated, so it seemed like they didn't communicate with each other. - Only at the end of those three weeks did they let me know (after some more nudging and following up) that I needed more development experience, even though my last two calls weren't technical in nature. - One third of the company's six people are related to each other. There were many redundant titles and a lack of distinction between responsibilities. Speaking with the recruiter, the company has been in existence for about a dozen years, but has stayed at this size. PRO - You could probably get away with a lot as a senior there.
