I interviewed for a React Developer role at NCircle Tech. The process started with a recruiter reaching out via email, followed by an online technical test. After clearing that, I had one online interview covering basic JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS. Next, I was invited for an in-person interview at the client location in Pune, where three technical rounds were conducted. The discussions were mainly focused on React and frontend concepts, with a couple of logic/puzzle questions. I was also asked a few questions based on my resume. The interviews went well, and I received positive verbal feedback during the process. However, later I was informed by NCircle Tech that the final feedback was negative, which was unexpected. Overall, the technical interviews were relevant, but the final communication could have been clearer.
